We absolutely loved the wood theme of the resort, it added a unique and cozy touch. The staff, especially one person, was incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English. The location was ideal, right in the middle of the island. The pick-up from the airport in a nice van was a great start to our stay. And when it was time to leave, the hotel arranged a free taxi for us since their shuttle bus was out.
Felt exceptional, no complaint.
